Cousin Boudreaux's Blackened Seasoning
Sprinkle or pour on your favorite fish, beef, chicken, pork on the grill or a hot black skillet. This can be a great Cajun treat. Some folks enjoy sprinkling a little olive oil on to root veggies like potatoes, carrots, rudabakers, etc, and adding a little Blackened seasoning before baking in an oven till done.
