Cousin Boudreaux's Creole Sauce Piquant
Great for wild meat such as deer, alligator, etc. Makes a gravy with a wonderful flavor to serve over rice. Can use in a crock pot to make meat tender.
For those who don't have access to wild game, a lot of game taste like chicken. Make a chicken sauce piquant. You can even add a little sausage if you wish. It may be a bit spicy but I've made it with hot dogs for the kids. We like to use stew meat in the crock pot.
